As President and Chief Executive Officer of Together Health Network, I am privileged to work with leading physicians and healthcare organizations across the state that are committed to building a clinically integrated network of providers who deliver high quality, affordable, and compassionate healthcare to Michiganders. Together we are building a physician-led network that puts patients first, committed to promoting health and quality of life.

Healthcare economics are evolving from a world in which providers are paid for volume to a world in which we are paid for value. To deliver this value, new models of care are required that enable management of population health. That's where Together Health Network comes in. Through our state-wide network of providers, advanced care management approaches, and commitment to continuous performance improvement, we are well-poised to effectively manage health across the care continuum.

Over the past 20 years I have been fortunate to work with some of the most passionate leaders in population health—right here in Michigan. Through Together Health Network, I am excited to collectively advance our population health management capabilities, building upon the solid foundation our physician community has already laid.
