As the network develops, it is estimated that 75% of Michiganders will be within 20 minutes of a Together Health Network provider.

With 25 hospitals, numerous outpatient centers, and anticipated participation of more than 5,000 physicians, Together Health Network's geographic reach is truly statewide.

Together Health Network also includes skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, home health, hospice and durable medical equipment providers.

Our network will include hundreds of physician practices designated as patient-centered medical homes (PCMH).

All Together Health Network hospitals received the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval™ for high quality patient care, including five hospitals recognized as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures®.

Together Health Network hospitals received scores of 96% or higher by The Commonwealth Fund in Overall Recommended Care, a metric that takes into account 27 Hospital Quality Alliance process-of-care measures.

According to The Commonwealth Fund, on average, spending per Medicare patient (beneficiary) at Together Health Network hospitals is lower than the national average.
